The mobile app is used for feedback of the status of daily activities by subcontractors (trades, planners, etc...). Tasks are scheduled to the exact day and spatially located in areas. Users can attach photo or video documentation or comments.

Tabs in the mobile app
- Navigate to a project by following the invitation in your e-mail, for example.
- The start screen in the project shows four tabs.
- All tasks that are in the past are displayed in the Late tab. As soon as you start processing the tasks in this tab by clicking Start, they will no longer be displayed in this tab. The "Delayed" tab is used to check whether tasks have been forgotten or not started.
- Current tasks can be found in the Today tab. They are displayed there, regardless of their status. On this tab you always have an overview of what is happening today.
- Future tasks are in the Scheduled tab. They are displayed there, regardless of their status. On this tab you can see which tasks are coming up soon or which have already been processed at an early stage.
- The All tab shows all tasks.
Information on the card
- Navigate to the daily activity in mobile app.
- The name of the daily activity is displayed in the top row on the card. This information can be changed on the Daily Board or in the process details in process planning.
- Next on the card are details about the date of the activity and process, the trade and the area.
- On the left side of the board there is a vertical stripe in the color of the trade.
- At the top right, the status of the task is displayed.
Status feedback on daily activities
- Navigate to the day activity in mobile app.
- At the top right you can see the current status of the task.
- In the lower part there are buttons to change the status.
- Click Start to set the task in progress.
- Click Done to report the task as completed.
- With the trade or planner role, the status is initially marked as In Release after clicking Done.
- The responsible site manager must also set the process itself as Completed. To do this, he can filter for all tasks with the status In Release.
- With the Site Manager role, the status is directly marked as released when the Done button is clicked.
- The Site Manager role can reset tasks by clicking Reset, so that their status is set to Open.
- The status is synchronized with Daily Board and Process Plan in real time.
Filtering of daily activities
- Navigate to the mobile app.
- Click the Filter icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Status" to filter for tasks with the same status. Multiple selections are possible.
- Click "Show Results" at the bottom or clear the filter at the top right.
- Navigate with the arrow on the top left to get to the other filter options.
- A search bar is also integrated in the Areas and Trades filters. Tick the desired results and click Show results.
- Set filters always navigate to the All tab for results.
Add attachments and comments
- Navigate to a day activity in the project.
- Click on the map to show more details.
- You can write comments and add attachments, such as photos or videos from the site. For this, you need to give your mobile device permission to access your camera or media library. You can find this option in the settings of your device.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the details.
- Add an attachment from your library or create a photo or video.
- Enter a comment.
- Confirm your entry by clicking on the checkmark.
- The attachments and comments are synchronized with process map in real time. The map details can be found in the "Process" tab. Click on a card name to see the attachments and comments as description. See how attachments are edited in the process plan here.
