In the extended dashboard, you can view important key figures and analyses, including the daily tasks, the PPC value, the Gantt chart, the target/actual curve, the milestone trend analysis and the resource curve. These elements help you to monitor and control project progress efficiently.

Note: The extended dashboard is currently available as a beta function and can be integrated into your project on request.
If you are interested, please get in touch with your personal lcmd contact person or our support team at support@lcmd.io. We will be happy to set up the extended dashboard for you within a few days.
We look forward to your feedback!
In this article you will find information on the following topics:
Opening the dashboard
- Select the desired project from the project list.
- Open the dashboard via the corresponding icon on the left in the top menu bar.
Extended dashboard views
The extended version of the dashboard is divided into three main tabs: Tasks, Execution and Planning. The dashboard provides an overview of various tasks and their status.
Task
The ‘Tasks’ view provides you with a daily updated overview of the stored ToDos and the status of the project's processes and tasks.
To Dos
The To Dos field shows how many of the constraints or stability criteria are still open, how they are distributed and which tasks are overdue.
Together, stability criteria and constraints form the To Do's, which are managed in the Constraint List.
Click on constraints or Stability criteria in the top right-hand corner to get an extended view.
Process or task level
At the top right, you can select whether the view of the bottom two fields should be displayed at task or process level.
Today's processes
In the process level, you can see the processes taking place today in the left-hand field.
This corresponds to the Today view in the process plan.
Overdue processes
You can see all overdue processes in the right-hand field, which corresponds to the Today view in the process plan.
This corresponds to the status view in the process plan, where the overdue processes are displayed in red.
Processes planned for today
Processes planned for today including their progress status are displayed on the left-hand side. All open tasks for the day are listed with status, person assignment and due date.
You can find the daily tasks in the Dailyboard tab.
Overdue processes
The overdue processes are displayed on the right-hand side.
This overview contains all overdue processes, including the number of days overdue, the process status and the due date.
The color scale makes it possible to see the degree of overdue processes at a glance.
These tasks correspond to the overdue daily tasks in your dailyboard.
You can also use a filter function to filter by takt zones, trades, timeframe and status.
Execution
The ‘Execution’ view gives you an overview of the Percent Plan Complete (PPC) and the Reasons for Variance
Percent Plan Complete (PPC)
This view shows you how many daily tasks were planned for a specific trade within a calendar week and how many of these were actually kept. The key date for PPC is Monday morning by default, but can be adjusted on request. This means that the week from this Monday is always considered.
By clicking on a trade in the PPC diagram, you can filter specifically for this trade and only see the bars for this trade. At the same time, the display of the constrains is also filtered accordingly - so you only see the reasons for unfulfilled tasks for this specific trade.
Reason for Variance
To the right of the PPC view, you can see the distribution of the reason of variance in the project.
A reason of varaicne can be specified if there are changes to processes. For example, when a process is moved.
Ring diagram:
- Shows the percentage distribution of all reported reason for variance.
- Each color range represents a specific cause.
Planning
Gantt chart
This view shows a chronological overview of the planned processes in a classic Gantt chart. It is used for long-term project planning and to display construction phases over time.
- Light red bars represent the originally planned time period.
- Dark red bars show the current, adjusted planning (e.g. after delays or postponements).
- The deviation in days is displayed to the right of the process name - e.g. +101 means that the process currently deviates from the original plan by 101 days.
- The “Trades” tab can be used to filter which services (e.g. painting, electrics) are shown in the diagram.
By clicking on the area at the top, you can switch between the “Area” (e.g. building, floors) and “Trades” views to get different perspectives on the project.
The Gantt chart corresponds to the baseline view in the process plan, where you can also see the target and actual status of your project.
Target Performance
The target performance shows the actual project progress compared to the planned development.
- Gray line (Baseline): Represents the planned progress.
- Turquoise line (Progress): Shows the actual progress achieved in the project.
- The distance between the two lines provides information about the project delay.
- On the right you can see an overview of the project status.
- Current progress in % (e.g. 78 %)
- Planned progress (e.g. 100 %)
- Track deviation (e.g. “Delayed”, marked in red)
- A small track deviation display on the right visualizes the time lag graphically.
Milestone Trend Analysis
The milestone trend analysis helps you to recognize and evaluate the progression and postponement of important project milestones over time.
- The vertical axis shows the originally planned dates for the milestones.
- The course of the months is shown on the horizontal axis.
- Each line represents a milestone (e.g. “Building A finished”, “HLS finished”) - highlighted in a different color.
- If a milestone shifts, this becomes visible in the curve as a jump up or down.
- An upward curve indicates a delay, while a downward curve indicates an acceleration or earlier completion.
The info box on the right:
- Shows the next milestone with: Name (e.g. “Building A”) and date (e.g. 08.04.2025)
- You can also see which milestone has been postponed most frequently, including the number of postponements.
This view provides a quick overview of the stability of project planning and helps to identify potential risk areas at an early stage.
Resource Chart
The resource curve visualizes the use of different trades over time - ideal for planning and controlling construction site capacities.
- The vertical axis shows the number of resources used (e.g. personnel).
- The horizontal axis shows the course of time (day).
- Each bar shows the total deployment on one day - color-coded by trade (e.g. electrical, HVAC, painter).
- Color code: Each trade is clearly distinguishable - e.g. blue for electrical, yellow for painters, red for doors.
- A vertical line marks the current point in time so that you can see directly where you are in the course of the project.
This view allows you to keep track of
- Resource bottlenecks
- Peak loads
- Optimization options in resource planning
