08/21/2025 - Area attachments for collapsed areas + Assign tickets to a process in the mobile app (Release Note 2.62)

New features and improvements

Process Plan	Area attachments can also be uploaded for collapsed areas. You can filter for processes to which no responsible person is assigned.
Mobile App	Tickets can be assigned to a process directly via the mobile app.  Processes can be searched for as follows: Search by process name Navigation through the project structure Search for the trade name Select process using period filter   The sorting of tickets is now identical to the sorting in the To Do Hub.   In the mobile app, it is now also possible to filter by the criterion “without priority”.
To Do Hub	The header in the list view is always fixed at the top, even when scrolling.   The sidebar menu in the process plan has been revised to make it easier to see which tickets are attached to a selected process.   The preview image of an action ticket in the To Do Hub is now identical to that of the mobile app.    The ticket description created by AI can now also be removed and edited.    The horizontal scroll bar is permanently visible on small screens.   Note: Admins can switch between the new ToDo Hub and the previous ToDo list. The change affects the entire project.
Import	When importing an MPP file, the progress of milestones is imported.    When appending an XER file onto an existing project, the activity ID is now also imported.
Usability	When opening the trade list, project list or the “Share project” menu, the cursor is automatically in the search field so that you can start entering data straight away.

 

 

Important Bug Fixes

Process Plan	A bug has been fixed that caused blank lines not to be removed when using the trade filter.   When cutting and pasting a process, only one entry is now created in the history.   Fixed a bug where an end date before the start date could be selected in the time filter.   A bug has been fixed where the filter menu could no longer be operated correctly.   Fixed a bug that caused processes to overlap in the baseline view.   A bug has been fixed that occurred when clicking on a milestone in a collapsed area.    When converting a process to a milestone, the baseline view now displays the correct data.
To Do Hub	Fixed a bug that occurred when moving tickets in the Kanban view.    Fixed a bug where checklist tickets could not be created.
Whiteboard	Fixed a bug that occurred when switching between two whiteboards.
Export	An issue preventing Reasons for Variances exports from being transferred to PowerBI via the API has been fixed.   Fixed a bug where the Excel process export for Users (A/B/C) with trade filters only generated an empty file.
