You can quickly print out the process planning, with plan header, legend and already pre-cut to DIN A format.
For your printout we have already pre-set fields, such as project name and date, just add custom comments. Print the process plan as a whole, or with the already preformatted settings in DIN A sizes. The legend will be added automatically. Filters, images in areas and views (e.g. progress) are also printed.
Note: If your PDF viewer displays only a part of the PDF file (margins are cut off), we recommend you to adjust the print to standard format (e.g. A0). This option can be found in the process plan in the PDF settings as "multi-page print".
Export PDF
-
Click the arrow next to the project name in the tab bar at the top and select “Export (Process Plan)”. You can then click “PDF Export”.
Adjust the desired settings and create the export by clicking “Export PDF.”
Settings for PDF export
In the export menu, you can choose the format in which the file should be created. For single-page exports, the document is automatically positioned.
-
For multi-page exports, you can flexibly define the time span per page and choose between standard formats (A4 to A0, portrait or landscape) and custom formats.
You can also decide which additional information should be included in the PDF: project name, creation date, today line, and legend—either on no page, all pages or only on the last page.
In addition, you can add a comment and up to two logos, which will later appear at the top of the document header.
-
All further content-related settings can be configured directly in the process plan, as views and filters are exported as well:
Process plan views: trade, status, ticket, conflict, or baseline
Process plan presets: area attachments, non-working days, links, critical paths, etc.
Calendar scale: days, weeks, months, quarters, or half-years
All filter settings
Collapsed and expanded areas
Note: The “Split Screen” view is currently not exported.
Information in the legend
You can decide whether the legend appears on every page or only on the last page.
-
The legend contains the following information:
Assignment of colors to trades
Optional: Additional process names: all milestones and one-day processes are listed separately with their full name and date.
