lcmd is a platform where all people involved in a project can collaborate. Here they can directly view the current status of the project. However, sometimes it is useful to use Excel Export to process the information further.

Export processes to Excel
- Click on the arrow next to the project name in the tab bar and select Process Export.
- Download the file.
- Open the file in Excel.
- You will see for each process from the process plan the information about its
- ID
- Process name
- Date (start and end) and duration
- Status (100% completed = 1. For each completed schedule card, the status is converted proportionally between 1 and 0).
- Trade and trade color
- Linked predecessor and successor processes
- User defined data fields (if used, each field is in a separate column)
- Area (each area level is in its own column)
- calendar week start and end
Export tasks / plan maps to Excel
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select Plan Map Export.
- Download the file.
- Open the file in Excel.
- You will see for each plan card of a process from the process plan the information about its
- ID
- Area (each area level is in a separate column)
- date
- related process and its ID
- Task list name
- Status (100% completed = 1. For each completed plan card, the status is converted proportionally between 1 and 0).
- Trade
- person strength
- user defined data fields (if used, each field is in a separate column)
