User friendliness

- LCM Digital becomes lcmd: New design with new start screen and new interface.
- When the update is started for the first time, the most important information and tips are explained throughout notes in the tool.
- The project name and project-related actions such as "Duplicate Project", "Project Properties" and "Export" are now always centrally available in the menu bar at the top. The "Baseline" for the evaluations in the Dashboard can now also be selected here.
- Icons instead of text: Dashboard, Whiteboard, Process Plan, Dailyboard, To Do´s and Settings are given an icon. Text appears next to the currently selected area.
- Improved selection of multiple processes. The selected processes are displayed with a frame around each of the selected processes.

- The Process Plan is displayed as the new start view after opening a project.
- New menu in the Process Plan with icons for "Views", "Areas" and "Changes" and new buttons for "Filter" and "Share Project" ensure a tidy and clear appearance.
- Sharing projects and managing users is now easily possible with the new "Share Project" button in the Process Plan
- The "Days" view (previously "Weekly") becomes the new default view in the Process Plan. The "Weeks" view (previously "Monthly") can still be set. The "Quarterly" view is no longer available.
- More information at a glance when displaying processes:
- Trades can now be created even more individually thanks to a revised color selection and new icons. Icons and trades are now visible on processes.
- Tooltip with slider and progress indicator opens when you hover over the process with the mouse.
- Attachments are displayed in the trade view by a paper clip near the new icon of the respective process. The paper clip is also attached to the respective daily task under "Tasks".

- Under the perosnal settings at "Preferences" the appearance can be switched between the new standard view with icon + trade name and a reduced view.
- New option for resolving conflicts:
- Conflicts are displayed with a red frame in the trade view.

- Conflicts can now be resolved directly in the process plan using the new conflict mode. The color coding has been changed to:

- red = Direct conflict
- yellow = Affected
- green = No conflict

- New design and display in the Status, Stability and Conflict views.
- In the status view, completion is now displayed in the circle in front of the process name.

- In stability view, the fulfillment of the Stability Criteria and Action Items is indicated in the circle in front of the name.

- If you switch to the conflict view, the excess of the link in days is indicated in the circle in front of the name of the process.
- The relevant dependecies are highlighted yellow under "Details" of the respective process.
- "Show Dependencies" under "Views" in the process plan is now called "Dependency Mode".
- New design of the "Preview" button when assigning areas of the Whiteboard to the Process Plan.
