The lcmd mobile app is your digital assistant on the construction site. You capture voice notes and photos, which are then linked directly to associated processes as tickets. Ticket management in the lcmd web app can be found here (Tickets in the To Do Hub).

Important Information
- The lcmd onsite app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
- Log in using your existing lcmd login credentials.
- Your projects are accessible directly in the app.
- Tickets are always created in the selected project.
- The mobile app can be used offline. Changes will be synchronized as soon as your phone is back online.

Create a ticket
The mobile lcmd onsite app offers three basic ways to create tickets: speaking, taking a photo, or typing.
A combination of voice and photo can also be created to generate an even more accurate ticket.
The AI optimizes after voice and photo. It does not optimize after typing.

Tickets can be assigned to a process directly in the mobile app.
Change the ticket status
The status of a ticket can be changed directly in the mobile app by clicking on the status name. Status areas can be selected in the header.
Offline mode
All changes are synchronized with the web view. If the app is offline, synchronization begins as soon as internet access is available again.
Tickets can also be recorded offline. Processing and synchronization will also resume when the internet connection is sufficient.
Search and filter ticket
Tickets can be filtered and searched in the mobile app.
- Use the magnifying glass to activate the ticket search.

Click the magnifying glass again to close the search.
- Tickets can be filtered using the filter icon at the bottom.

To indicate that certain filters are active, the number of activated filters is also displayed.
- Processes can be searched for as follows:
- Search by process name
- Navigation through the project structure
- Search for the trade name
- Select process using period filter
- The sorting of tickets is now identical to the sorting in the To Do Hub.
Old mobile app
- All the old and new features are available in the new lcmd onsite app.
- There are three dots at the top right of the screen. Clicking on them takes you to the previous app features.
- Note: Please note that in the old app, daily tasks (cards from the process) are shown with the status of their completion, not the action points and stability criteria.
