The dailyboard serves as a more detailed view of the schedule shwoing 1, 4 or 6-week preview. It provides a clear overview of all upcoming tasks, deadlines and resources. This helps to keep an eye on the progress of the project and ensure that everyone involved knows when, where and what needs to be done.
This article is about the different views and the project hierarchy structure of the dailyboard.
Open Dailyboard
- Open the desired project and navigate to the “Dailyboard” tab.
- A filter setting for the planning board opens automatically, where a time window of 4 weeks is already activated. If required, set further filters for areas and trades.
- Click on “OK” to open the planning board (even if you do not make any changes to the filter).
- You will now see the 4 or 6 week preview.
4- or 6- weeks preview
- Open the dailyboard. You will see the 4- or 6-week preview.
- On the left you can see the area structure as created in the process plan. Individual areas in which no processes are planned for the next 4-6 weeks may be hidden.
- The weeks are listed in columns at the top and the individual days below.
- The processes are visible in the form of daily tasks on a daily basis in their respective trade color.
- The status of the daily activities can be seen directly from the symbols and the color.
- Daily tasks shown in red are overdue
- Daily tasks shown in blue/orange are already being processed.
- Purple Daily tasks are in release.
- Daily tasks shown in gray have already been completed and are in the past
- Daily tasks shown in green have already been completed and were planned for today or the future.
- Daily tasks with a colored border are marked according to their trade color and are still open.
- You can view further details by clicking on the daily task.

Detailed weeky view
- To switch from the 4 or 6 week preview to the detailed week view,
- either click on "Week details" to open the current week
- or on the corresponding calendar week, e.g. "CW52" (column name), to open the corresponding week.
- In the weekly view, you will see daily activities with their current status color. The trade can be recognized by the colour symbol at the bottom of the map.
- Change weeks by clicking on the arrows at the top left.
- Click on "Back to overview" at the top left to return to the 4- or 6-week preview.
Filter Dailyboard
In both the 4-6 week preview and the detailed weekly preview, you can set filters to focus on the view that is important for your work.
- To do this, click on "Filter" in the top right-hand corner
- Set filters for trades and/or areas if required
- Confirm with "OK".
- To remove the filters, click on "Reset filter" in the drop-down next to "Filter".
- To switch from the 4-week preview to the 6-week preview or vice versa, navigate to the top right of the planning board and click on the three dots.
- Here you can select the appropriate view.
- Also set the time filter to 4 or 6 weeks.
