How do the processes in the process plan change when new cards are added to the daily board or existing ones are removed? How does the planning in the process plan influence the daily board?

Change process duration, delete and add cards
- Navigate to the detailed week view in the Daily Board by clicking on the name of a week from the week preview.
- Delete an existing card at the beginning or end of a process. The associated process is adjusted in duration in the process planning in each case.
- Add a new card to the process by copying an existing card. The process is automatically extended accordingly in process planning.
- Extend the process in process planning. A new card is automatically added to the process in the Daily Board.
Move processes, move cards
- Navigate to the detailed week view in the Daily Board by clicking on the name of a week in the week preview.
- Move a card in the Daily Board. If the start or end date of the process is changed by moving it, the date in the process plan is automatically adjusted. Gaps between cards of a process are allowed.
- Move a process in the process plan. All cards of the process on the Daily Board are automatically moved synchronously.
Change status in process plan and daily board / mobile app
- Navigate to the detailed week view in the Daily Board by clicking on the name of a week from the week preview.
- Select a card and change its status by clicking through the possible statuses from open to done.
- Day activities can be "open", i.e. not started, "in Progress", i.e. started and in progress or "Done", i.e. completed.
- If you report back the status by subcontractors directly from the construction site via the mobile app, the Done status is not set directly, but the release "in Approval" is requested from the responsible site manager first.
- Synchronization of status for each card is performed directly on mobile app, in Daily Board and in process plan.
- To change the status of daily activities via the mobile app, click on Start and on Done in the processes. Details about working with mobile app can be found here.
