Copy cards to extend process
- Navigate to the detaiked week view in the Daily Board by clicking on the name of a week in the week preview.
- Select the card you want to copy.
- Click on the copy icon.
- The card will be added to the right of the selected card.
- All cards of the process on the right will automatically move one day to the right. Gaps are closed first.
Create new as processes as cards
- Navigate to the detailed week view in the Daily Board by clicking on the name of a week from the week preview.
- Click the plus icon at the bottom right
- Select the desired position to add the new process as a card.
- In the dialog box, enter the name of the daily activity in the field "Task" and the process name in "Process name".
- Select an available trade from the list in "Trade". If you need a new trade, it must ne created in th process plan first. You can see the details here.
- Click on "save".
- The map will be displayed in the selected area.
- If there is already a card in the same area at the position on that day, the new card will be inserted above it.
Rename existing cards
- Navigate to the detailed week view in the Daily Board by clicking on the name of a week in the weekly preview.
- Select the card you want to rename.
- Click on the edit icon.
- In the dialog on the right, enter the name of the daily activity under ''Task''.
- Click on save.
Change trade on cards for process
- Navigate to the detailed week preview in the Daily Board by clicking on the name of a week in the weekly preview.
- Select the card, which you want to change the trade.
- Click on the edit icon.
- Select an available trade from the list below ''Trade''. If you need a new trade, it first must be created in the process plan. You can see further details here.
- All cards in the process will have the newly selected trade.
- Click save.
Delete cards
- Navigate to the detailed week view in the Daily Board by clicking on the name of a week in the weekly preview.
- Select the card you want to delete.
- Click on the delete icon and the card will be deleted.
- Use the Undo / Redo icons in the top left corner to undo the action.
Change status on cards
- Navigate in the Daily Board to the detailed week view by clicking on the name of a week in the weekly preview.
- Select a card and change its status by clicking through the possible statuses from open to done.
- Daily activities can be ''open'', i.e. not started, ''in progress'', i.e. started and in progress or ''done'', i.e. finished.
- If you report back the status by subcontractor directly from construction site via the mobile app, the done status is not set directly but first the release ''in approval'' is requested from the responsible site manager.
- The synchronization of the status for each card is carried out directly on the mobile app, in the Daily Board and the process plan.
FAQ
Q: My daily tasks cannot be found in the daily board / cards are lost.
The process in the process plan is in a certain week, but there are no cards in the daily board.
A: Process in process plan is identified by start and end dates. A process that is in a week from Monday to Friday does not necessarily have a card on every day between Monday and Friday. Cards can be moved freely.
Therefore, first check in the process plan how many tasks your process has (sidebar/tasks).
Then check the position of the task cards in the planning board.
