In this video, we show you the views and display options lcmd offers you in the process plan to best plan and track your project and keep your focus.

Timescale
In lcmd you will find predefined time scales for different needs in the process plan. As a project manager, you probably need a quick overall view in a Weeks view. Whereas as a scheduler you need to see the working Days exactly.
The scale of the timeline changes when you switch between the different views Days and Weeks.

To show non-working days, click on the eye icon and turn on Show non-working days.

In lcmd you can find the calendar in the Settings tab.

First of all, define on which days of the week you want to work.

Now create single or contiguous non-working days or import them from Excel (examples down below).

Please note that calendar changes have immediate effects on the start and end date of all processes in the respective period.

To always show the non-working days for all your projects when opening them, you have the option to set a default for all your projects in your profile settings under Preferences.

You can override this default by adjusting the view in the process plan in individual projects.

To jump to today in the timeline, click here or use Control and G.
Select view
Your daily tasks in planning and control can have different focus.
You can choose from the following views: Trade, Status, Stability and Conflict
Trades
- The Trades view is the default view for planning and editing your projects.
- Each trade is assigned a color when it is created.
- In the sidebar, in the Trades menu, you will find an overview of all trades and you can add new trades.
Status
- Switch to the Status view to see the current status.
- With the traffic light logic, you can quickly see which processes are completed and which are running on schedule or delayed.
Stability
- Alternative selected: You can see how robust your project is in the Stability view.
- All completed and existing todos are displayed on the process.
- You can create predefined todos, such as execution plans, as stability criteria and create the acute tasks from daily project events as action items.
- Action items and stability criteria are listed in the To Do tab.
- The traffic light logic helps you to identify the instability in the project quickly and in a focused way.
Conflict
- In lcmd you can link processes or milestones and edit and delete the resulting dependencies.
- In the Conflicts view, you can identify linked process chains and see whether dependencies have been violated.
- Conflicts resulting from rescheduling can be resolved at the push of a button.
Show range attachments
- To visually support the planned processes, you can display floor plans or other plan sections in each area.
- In this way, all the details discussed can be directly communicated visually and are uniformly understood by all those involved.

Split Screen - ressource chart, milestones
- With the split screen function, additional information can be displayed below the process plan.
- The resource curve helps you with resource control and leveling.
- The milestone view focuses on important project milestones and their follow-up.
