The digital Plannng Board of lcmd enables feedback from the construction site and control of the tasks of the entire execution team. There is a real-time synchronization with the planning in the process plan.
How is the mobile app accessed by stakeholders? Where do you get the authorization to use it?

Switch from Daily Board to mobile app for site managers
- Navigate to the 4-6 week preview in the Daily Board.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select ''QR Code''.
- Scan the code with your smartphone to open the app in the browser on your mobile device.
- Alternatively, click ''Link'' to open the app in the browser on your computer.
- Either way, it will open the mobile app with construction manager authorization. You will get a view with all trades and, unlike trades or planners, you can reset tasks and release tasks to be transferred to the Daily Board or Process Plan.
Switch from Daily Board to mobile app for trades / planners
- You must have editing rights in order to be able to invite trades or planners for task control via the mobile app.
- Navigate to process plan.
- Click on the ''plus symbol'' at the bottom right corner to open the trade list.
- Select the trade, which you want to add processors to.
- In the dialog box, enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- The invited person receives an invitation link by email and has to confirm their identity by entering the PIN.
- Your access to the mobile app has the trades / planner authorization. Your view is pre-filtered for the respective trade. You can set tasks as started and complete and attach comments and files. Completed tasks are first sent to the site manager for approval. Until then, you will receive the status ''in approval''.
