Projects have a calendar. The calendar can be specified when creating a new project or when copying an existing project.
On the system side, the calendars with 5, 6 or 7 working days are available. The calendar can only be changed when copying projects or when creating new projects.

Calender for new projects
- Navigate to the project list.
- Click the "+ New" button in the project list to create a new project.
- Enter the name, description and calendar of the project.
- Enter the start and end of the project duration. The project duration is used to display the timeline in the process plan.
- The new project is displayed in the project list. To open the project list, click on the "Home" symbol.
Change calendar when copying project
- Click on the desired project in the project list.
- Click on the arrow next to the project name in the tab bar and select "Duplicate project" to copy the project.
- Edit the name of the project, the description or the calendar. The calendar can only be changed when copying projects or when creating new projects.
- The copied project is displayed in the project list. To open the project list, click on the "Folder" symbol.
Define days off
- Navigate to the Settings tab and select "Calendar" on the left.
- Define on which days of the week you will work by clicking on the week days
- Save your changes
- Create days off or periods of days off by clicking on the "New exception" button. When defining, choose one-time or recurring holidays or use the "Import" buttton to import multiple days at once (templates down below).
Hiding the days off in the process plan
- Click on the "eye" button in the process plan top right
- Switch the non-working days on or off in the process plan by clicking on "Show non working days"
