Filtering in the process plan can help you to maintain a clear overview of your project.

Filter view
- By filtering, you can customize the view of your process plan in different ways.
Create and save filter
- You can filter by areas, trades and specific time periods.
- Select all to deselect only some entries.
- Each project role is allowed to filter and save filters
- Save the filters under your own name.
- You can also share your saved filters with other colleagues in the project.
- Saved filters have a globe icon next to them.
- You can subsequently adjust the filters by clicking on “Edit”.
- When filtering, use the search function to filter long lists more easily.
Stacking in Filter
Vertical gaps and empty areas can now be hidden manually – independently of trade filters.
This makes it possible to maintain the vertical sorting of processes even when a trade filter is applied.

For previously saved trade filters, this function is enabled by default.
Reset filter
- Reset filtered views using "Reset filter".
- The filtering is also taken into account in the PDF print, but not in the MS Project export.
- The filtering from the process plan is also displayed in the dashboard and taken into account in the evaluation.
