Change project properties
- Open the project from the project list on the left.
- Click on the arrow next to the project name in the tab bar to open the project menu and select "Project properties".
- You can change the project name and the start and end dates, thereby adjusting its duration.
Share project
A project can be shared with other project participants for viewing in read-only mode or for editing.
- Click on the arrow next t o the project name in the tab bar and go to Share project. Alternatively you can click the Share project button at the top right in the process plan.
- To invite new project participants, click on Add.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Choose between the roles Admin, User or Readonly User.
- Restrict user roles via trades filters to allow subcontractors to report back the status of your activities.
- Each role has certain editing rights in user and project administration.

- To remove a project user from the project, click the three dots next to the person's email address and select Remove from the menu.
- Confirm your entry with OK.
Duplicate project
- Click on the arrow next to the project name in the tab bar and select Duplicate Project in the project menu to copy the project.
- Change the name of the project and add a description if you want.
- The duplicated project is added to the project list.
Unsubcribe project
- Click on the arrow next to the project name in the tab bar and select Unsubscribe.
- Confirm your exit with "OK".
- The project is removed from your project list .
- Alternatively, you can delete yourself from the Collaborators list.
- Click on the arrow next to the project name in the tab bar and then on "Share project".
- Click on the three dots next to your e-mail address in the list and select "Delete" in the menu.
Delete project
- In lcmd, projects are displayed to all project users with access to the tool in their project list. Users without access to the project, don’t see the project any longer in their list.
- If the last project user is deleted from the project, the project can no longer be accessed.
- Permanent deletion of projects is possible on request. Contact us at support@lcmdigital.com.
