Create a new project

To create a new project, click on the "+" symbol in the project list or on the central "New Project" button on the start screen.

Enter the name, description and number of working days of your default calendar.
Note: the calendar can only be changed when copying projects or creating new projects. - Then enter the start and end dates for the project. The specified project duration is used for the display in the process planning.

- Click on Next to create the project. The newly created project now appears in your project list. The three most recently used projects are displayed at the top of the project list. Below this, all other projects are displayed in alphabetical order.
Quick start
Define process sequence (Whiteboard)
- The whiteboard is like a blank sheet of paper on which you develop the project together with the participants.
- First create the necessary trades in the sidebar on the right. The trade list is automatically transferred to the process planning.
- Drag the trades onto the whiteboard and plan and think through the process sequences together.
- Define the durations for your standard process sequences. You can use these directly in the process plan to quickly create the status of your planning.
Create process plan with calendar (Process Plan)

First create your project structure with the areas and levels of your construction project.
- Add non-working days to the calendar in the project settings.
- Manually drag the standard process sequences that you have planned in the whiteboard into the process plan and customise them for your specific project requirements.
- Alternatively, LCM Digital supports you in the automatic creation of takt-based process plans with the module Takt planning.
Reporting in the Dashboard

The dashboard gives you an overview of all important project data at any time.
- The five charts provide you with information about: Your current planning, its progress, planning stability, status tracking and reasons for disruption
Share project with other users
- Click on the arrow facing down next to the project name and select "Share Project" or click on the "Share Project" button at the top right of the process plan.
- Invite other users to the project and give them full or limited access.
