In this video we show you how to import your data from MS Project to lcmd. The existing schedule is transferred including all information, links and the hierarchy of the summary tasks. In lcmd, you can detail the imported data as daily tasks. Then assign them to the subcontractors so that they report back the status via mobile app directly from the building site. You always have clarity about the current project progress in lcmd.
