As a web-based software, lcmd can be fully opened and used in an internet browser (optimized for Chrome and Edge). For managing tasks via mobile device, the LCM Digital 2.0 app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.
All users (including those of the mobile app) must first have registered in the browser on lcmd.io.

Access to lcmd
You have several options for gaining access to lcmd.
- Invitation from project stakeholders: follow the invitation link in your email after you have been invited by other project stakeholders.

Registration
- If you are using lcmd for the first time, you first need to register. Go to our Homepage and click to the "Einloggen" button at the top right.
- Enter your e-mail address and click on continue.
- Enter your name and choose a password.
- Confirm that you accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- Click on Create account.
- Authenticate yourself by clicking on the link sent to you by e-mail.
- After confirmation, enter your yout e-mail and password to log in.
- Click on "Keep me logged in" to stay logged in until you manually log out.
Password forgotten or no password
- If you have forgotten your password or do not have a password yet, enter your e-mail address, click continue and Forgot password?.
- You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
- Then create a new password.
- Click on "Keep me logged in" to stay logged in until you manually log out.

Q: I did not receive an e-mail with a link.
A: Please check your spam folder first.
If you do not find any e-mail there, please contact your IT department so that they can check the central spam filter and, if necessary, release the address notifications@lcmdigital.com.
Q: My link does not work.
A: Make sure that you only use the link you received last.
Every time you request a link, a new link is generated and replaces the previous one. Therefore, delete all e-mails received so far, request again and wait until you receive the new link. Also check your spam folder. It may take a few seconds until you receive your e-mail.
Q: I signed up but did not create a password.
A: Use the "Forgot password?" function. You will receive a link and then you can reset your password.
Q: I want to use the app, but I cannot log in.
A: Make sure you have first registered on the web interface at share.lcmdigital.com, creating a password.
Also check that you have installed the "LCM Digital 2.0 Execute" app (available from the App Store or Google Play Store).
Q: I no longer need access or would like to remove a person's access.
A: The project admin can remove people from the project via the user management.
Q: I have successfully registered, but I cannot log in again.
A: Make sure you access the address https://share.lcmdigital.com and use the correct credentials (email and password).
Clear your browser cache and restart the computer. Then try to log in again.

Q: The Create account button is inactive.
A: Make sure that you have filled in all the fields and checked the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
It is possible that the reCaptcha is disabled on your end. Test here if the recaptcha works.
