You have planned your project and now you want to make sure that the execution of the planning runs fluently. With LCM Digital, you can monitor possible disruptions so that you can act proactively. Use stability criteria as planned preconditions for this. For example, work and construction planning. Action items are useful for incidents that happen acutely. For example, in the case of missing building materials. Together, stability criteria and action items form the To Dos, which are added to the To Do list. There you can see and work on all tasks together with your project participants and guarantee stability in the project.

Create To Dos
- To create a stability criteria, select a process and click on stability criteria in the sidebar and then New Stability Criteria.
- Enter the name and the lead time.
- You can also assign stability criteria to all processes of a certain trade.
- To do this, navigate to the tab Settings - Stability criteria.
- Create a new stability criteria for several or a single trade.
- The assignment takes place automatically at all corresponding processes.
- To create an action item, select a process and click in the sidebar on the menu Action items on New action item.
- Name the action item and enter the deadline.
View stability
- Stability criteria and action items form the To Dos that define the stability of your project depending on the processing status.
- Open the Stability view.
- It shows you in the traffic light logic how robust your project is.
- At the bottom right of the process field you will find the number of completed and existing To Dos.
- The colour of the process shows the current status.
- Green processes have no To Dos or the To Dos are already completed.
- Grey processes have To Dos whose target date has not yet passed.
- Red processes have overdue To Dos.
To Do list overview
- All created To Dos are listed in the To Do tab.
- The following information can be found in the list:
- the ID, the uniquely assignable number
- the priority
- the topic and the measure to solve it
- the trade and the process
- the area of the process to which To Dos are assigned
- persons who are involved
- the To Do type, (AP or Stabi)
- the status
- and the deadline of the measure - Longer contents are adjusted in the menu View by text wrapping.
- The column width can also be adjusted manually.
Search, sort and filter To Dos
- In the progress of construction, you meet with your project participants at regular intervals to look at and work on To Dos together.
- You can search for a specific To Do in the list.
- You can search in the following columns.
- To be able to process the most important To Dos of a trade first, start by filtering according to the trade and then sort the results according to the target date.
- There are further options in the Filter menu.
Edit To Dos
- You can edit the To Dos directly in the list.
- Click on the three dots and edit.
- Add the necessary actions to solve the problem.
- In the "Raised by" and "Responsible" field, select from the users invited to this LCM Digital project.
- The field "Action by" allows free input.
- Set the priority to focus tasks.
- Several To Dos can also be processed at the same time.
- Select the individual tasks for this and click on Edit.
- In addition to the To Do list, the tasks can also be edited in the process plan.
- First select the process and choose in the sidebar between the menu items Stability Criteria or Action Items and then Edit.
Excel export
- Export the entire To Do list or only the filtered sections to Excel.
