The PDF export is used for communication with all project participants and is therefore continuously optimized to meet your requirements.

Timeline is displayed above each area
- click on the three dots in the top right corner and select PDF to export PDF
- turn on the option Show timeline over each area
- optionally you can print on one page or on multiple pages (select the Multipage printing option)

Non-working days are highlighted in color
- in the upper left corner of the process plan select the setting weekly to have days displayed
- switch on the option "do not show working days" in the View button in the upper right corner
- print your PDF by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner and selecting PDF
- the PDF export will contain shaded non-working days
