Introduction of a new ToDo hub in which tasks can be tracked in a list or Kanban display. Note: Admins can switch between the new ToDo-Hub or the previous ToDo-List. The switch will affect the whole project.
Checklists for defect prevention can be created and assign to individual processes. The due date of the checkpoints can be during, before the process starts or after the process is finished. >>> more information about the To Do Hub
Process Plan
The standard duration of new processes depends on the number of working days set. If Monday to Wednesday are defined as working days in a project, the standard length of a new process is 3wd.
Extensions (project-specific fields) at process level, if added, are displayed in the process details in a separate area and can be edited there.
Extensions (project-specific fields) for several processes can be changed simultaneously in the process details.
It is possible to filter for processes without an assigned trade.
The area filter has been revised, which makes it easier to hide individual areas. Deselected areas are no longer filtered, even if the area above is still selected in the filter.
The legend in the conflict view has been expanded to include the "Unaffected" points.
Export
During PDF export, the file is created in the background. In the meantime, you can continue working normally in lcmd.
The Excel export of reasons for variances now contains the following information: - User who assigned the reason - Time when the reason was assigned - Area in which the reason was defined.
Users who have been invited to the project with an area filter can now also export only the visible areas to Excel (process, cards and reason for variances export).
Import
It is possible to import the Activity ID when importing an XER-file from primavera. The imported Activity ID is visible in the process details. The ID can be edited and added to activities that are added to the process plan after the import.
Project Roles
Only administrators can change the non-working days, stability criteria and reasons for variances in the settings. Previously, this was also possible for “User A”.
Usability
Multiple selection of processes + SHIFT + click and drag: Further processes can be added to the multiple selection.
Multiple selection of processes + CTRL (Mac: CMD) + click on already selected processes: Processes can be removed from the multiple selection.
